- Tom Cooper opened the meeting with scripture reading from 2 Peter 1:3-11: "Making one's calling and election sure".
- Jacob Winter opened in prayer.
- The Council decided to pursue a repair of the santuary Video Projection Unit instead of purchasing a new unit at this time. Lyrics of songs will be added to the bulletin until the projector can be repaired.
- The Treasurer's report indicated that giving has fallen slightly behind budget. Staff has been requested to limit spending to only essentials for the next several months.
- A clarification in Meadowbrook's staff vacation policy was approved.
- After several months of review and discussion, a new Child Protection Policy for Sunday School and Youth Group activities was approved.
- Parking for Meadowbrook's Sunday morning services is under review by a subcommittee. Recommendations will be made at a future Council meeting.
- The Council approved the Youth Pastor's request for a Belize trip laser tag fund raiser.
- A Fund Raising Policy is under development.
- Matt Boekenhauer closed in prayer.
